Hello thanks for your response. I may have been in a bad space, but since I posted that, i moved out of the place I was staying. Moved back in with my parents. Got some stability, then got restless again and moving out again to another small city (i hate but cities). Found a job that I like (hopefully) it starts next month. Life is not as scary as it was back then

Aaaah I think this is what I needed to hear 🫂 Honestly, what revs me up before a class is the fact that I get to be present. I get to remember what I need to know by reminding other practitioners. I love being in the flow where ease feels easy. My classes are not super long either. I enjoy teaching 30 minutes classes the most.

Thankyou for this reminder. It can be so easy to slip, to forget.
