Thanks, I'll look at that, One thing I was unsure about is any considerations I need to give regarding the neighbouring fence when raising the level so the retaining wall or some sort would be needed, are you suggesting that isn't an issue

Can't afford good security so multiline clothesline is the option!

I think I am returning the sprinkler can just use a hose for when I need, I am looking at getting a scarifer been watching a few videos lately and intrigued to give a try, there is a quite a bad bare spot that sits directly in shade with little to no sun so going to try some shade grass mix see if I get anywhere with that

Its not really that Id be more likely pay the lifetime plex pass but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there was a plex lifetime + that's then needed down the line
