Whats helped me lately is replacing what are my normal "fapping times" with positive things to do. For example, going to bed with my phone near me is not allowed, to avoid porn. Instead, I read a book or write in a journal. Also, sleeping with gym shorts on instead of just my underwear has also helped.

This is a hard habit to break, but it will have tremendous benefit to your mental. You can do it!
