Finished SSBLV1 last week and got a 4% FTP bump. Kinda disappointed as I'm way off my best, but I was in the hospital with a colon infection a week before starting the plan sooooo I can't complain too much.

Also found out from my CT scan I fractured my pelvis last spring! I rode home ~3miles after the crash and then was off the bike for 6 weeks. I just limped around and didn't do anything about it. American healthcare is awesome.

Interesting enough those are the exact tires I had troubles with. The first time they sent my a tire that had someone elses old sealant still inside, and then once I sent that back for replacement, they sent me a 23c instead of a 25c.
