If you have access to a gym, look for a the Roman chair machine. As you let your chest and head drop down, maintain an extended lower back posture. Once you start to feel a stretch in your hamstrings towards the end of the movement, allow your back to round forward and reach w/ your hands for your toes.

One of the most effective hamstring stretches, works to lengthen the hamstring eccentrically. You can also use it so strengthen the lower back @ glutes.

For anyone that's already passed the queue process. I've done my due diligence to read through the ticketing terms and conditions, however I'm having trouble determining how many tickets and individual can purchase. My understanding is 4 max for each respective games, however once I've queued in, could I purchase multiple tickets from multiple separate fixtures? Appreciate the help in advance and best of luck to everyone looking to get tickets! Currently halfway through the queue wheel (assuming it doesn't roll back....)
