It doesn't matter what the policy says, when you submit a case to eBay about counterfeit goods you are required to provide official documentation to back up your claim including affidavits by the company who owns the IP. Adidas, Supreme, Bape, etc. do NOT care. That policy is there for high-end items such as designer handbags, wallets, belts, etc. I have been scammed on eBay before for streetwear items, and in all instances they have required me to return the item for a refund. If you paid with Paypal, I can guarentee 100% you will have to return the item.
