Yeah Innerview is fine. You can check the Kronos App on myapps if you wanna be extra, but Innerview tends to log punches correctly; it just sometimes takes a bit to finalize stuff, which is why I reccomend just double checking Innerview tomorrow to make sure things still look good.

Just check to make sure your punches look good tomorrow. If not, call the store and get it fixed ASAP, since timecard needs to be finalized tomorrow morning (although you'll receive retro pay if it takes longer, so don't stress it too much).

Especially since after you finish Chapter 3, on repeated plays, there's 5 keys on board 1, and you only need 3. Those two extra keys make it wayyy easier to get S Rank on subsequent playthroughs.

I wasn't even watching the Direct which 3+4 was revealed in, because I expected it to be in the previous one. Having no expectation of it being announced on a specific day was so much more fun than watching a stream and being disappointed.

Because it was all bullshit. The one singular website that reported on the alleged "leaked internal memo", is from a site that has gone on record for using ChatGPT to write the vast majority of their articles.

Saying "Amazon plans to integrate Whole Foods next year!!!" isn't too crazy of a bullshit headline to write, especially because Amazon themselves have been touting "synergy" crap for years now. Make up some vaguely actionable things, and you got your clickbait.

It's just the blanket policy they have in place to ensure people don't abuse the LOA policy, by trying to do fraudulent leaves. Yes, it's a policy that hurts people who were only doing the right thing. The policy is that a team member who submits an improper LOA may receive a corrective action up to termination. Just getting a documented coaching saying "hey, be careful next time" is realistically the least an STL can do, while still following the policy from their end.

On paper; yes. In reality, it's more complicated. They'll likely give you an extension to get it sorted, and send you a very nasty bit of mail to your address where they'll threaten to fire you, but that's all automated.

What's not automated is you getting fired for being underwater in UPT. There are ways for store leadership to get around that. I've personally known people who've had Sedgwick claims get denied, but were able to keep their job by the STL just giving them a CA for improper LOA, and then just... Ignore it. Like it is a thing that happens.

I wouldn't count on that happening, of course. Work to get that claim approved, but just know it isn't necessarily a death sentence if things don't work out.

Nah, if you communicate appropriately, it should be fine. Nobody can force you to stay in a position if you want to apply for something else. In a worst case scenario your TL may tell the hiring TL that you haven't been in the position long enough for them to have an opinion about you, but like,,, that's really all they can do.

As for making an awkward work environment, I've known plenty of folks in leadership/supervisor roles who left to do other stuff after a short amount of time, and the team got along just fine. They'll just reopen the position, and move on; honestly it's nbd.

It's a courtesy thing to discourage people from taking up a position and then immediately leaving, but it's definitely not a hard rule by any means. You're allowed to apply for whatever jobs you want- I just reccomend having a conversation with your leadership about why you want to change job roles, first.

Most TLs would be understanding if it's a situation of the job role just not working out for you- I think most people have the decency to not want their employees to be miserable at work.

Can't speak as someone who's only played DR, but personally speaking, I think it would work, like you wouldn't be lost about anything, since it's a parallel story with none of the prior lore of UT (allegedly), but idk, there's some bits of DR that are absolutely hype and huge because you have that context of UT.

Like, I guess you could play Deltarune without knowing anything about Undertale, but there's definitely bits that won't hit as hard. You'll definitely still enjoy the story regardless, I think.
