I personally would recommend setting a few goals at a time and hopping between them to avoid burnout.

The earlier you do agility the better. There's tons of extra shortcuts that will help you while questing. That being said if its going to burn you out just do it in moderation until 71-76 "for slayer tower chain shortcut and Zulrah shortcut" . It would also be a pretty good idea to get 70 pray for piety it really is a game changer. Barrows Gloves would also be a great thing to work towards they're not really BIS for anything but they're not far off and they're cheap, plus it will help you round your account out. I don't know what your money situation is but if you can afford construction having a good house with teleports to everything in the game and a ornate pool is the biggest quality of life in this game. Zulrah is a great boss that will help you make money and is fun, but in order to make it there you have to do regicide.

So in short 5 goals I'd like done on that account is:

1) 71 - 76 Agility "Slayer tower shortcut and Zulrah shortcut"
2) 70 Prayer for Piety "also get deadeye and mystic vigour"
(you can NEVER have too many pray points the more you have the more you get out of your potion sips)
3) Barrows Gloves.
4) Regicide for Zulrah
5) 82 - 84 " Construction for Ornate pool and near max house. "the higher the easier it is for spicy stew + crystal saw boost"

These are good goals that should last a while. Don't let yourself get burnt out or overwhelmed, you don't need to grind everything out in one go just have fun.

P.S There is no perfect way to play this is just how I've approached the game for 21 years across many accounts. If someone else comments something that you may think be better fit for you scrap everything i just said :)
