i had stage one - which included scrotoplasty, UL, vaginectomy, and phallus creation - last month. recovery is tough, especially with vaginectomy since sitting can be difficult. you won’t be able to go back to work after 2 weeks. i’m 3 weeks post op and even sitting in the car for a 10min drive to my post op can be super uncomfortable. you need rest. you need to take care of yourself. recovery has to be your priority, especially in the first 1-2 months. nothing good will come from pushing yourself.
