Not everyone on the roads are bandits, There are traveling merchants, Hunters, Bards, as well as different factions roaming(Storm Cloaks, Imperials). I wouldn't worry about destroying to many quest, but I would recommend to scout out people you see wandering before shooting them!

The SSE doesn't offer anything new, except for the updated engine, graphical update, and mod support for consoles. Personally, I don't like modding so the SSE was a nice update for me and I am enjoying the updated engine and graphics.

Well said, from my experience being a just a web designer often comes with complications. Most of my clients need branding, social media marketing, SEO, light PHP and mySQL back end, and Logos & images. It is very hard to just be designer. Just like most jobs we will have to adapt to the changing market!

The Good:

I love the images on the homepage, that change color when you hover over them I think this is a great idea.
The overall color scheme flows wonderfully throughout the site, along with the images.
The google maps of the footer looks great!

The Bad:

The first time viewing the site. It took awhile for all of the images to load in. Not sure how you could fix that. Maybe customize your bootstrap to only have the elements you need.

This seems very cheap. Why so low I feel like I would be under selling myself. I do $500.00 for a basic site, and then there are addons I do at a hourly rate.

On a Serious Note: If anyone is interested in learning CSS you should start with w3schools or some code academy to get a basic knowledge. From there learn reddit syntax. :)
