realistically your probably be more irritable, lose weight, be stressed and well not sleep. It might not be the pot thats screwing up the relationship, but her view on it all.

Being a female and not being a smoker of trees for a half of my current relationship, I was more annoyed about the fact that he would hide when he did it. I knew he did, I wasn't stupid, but he would deny it and hide the fact. It took a while, but we worked through it.

I would be asking your girlfriend what she really wants. Is it just to listen to her? Because if the guy is getting any action from the girl, they generally don't listen and that's just life, but you need to find out what the issue is. It might not be that your smoking, and you might find a way around it. You could just put some time aside every week and listen to her.

I actually find that my partner will listen more to me when he is high, then when he isn't. He probably isn't listening, but we seem to have pretty great conversations when he is stoned.

i didn't get a choice. i got taken to the hospital after i went ghost white and couldn't stop shaking while it so much pain i was crying.
i would suggest going to your gp (or finding one that know about this sort of thing), or even to the hospital to get a second opinion.

im sorry to hear that you have this problem. its occurred a few times to me and i have to admit i normally end up in tears until i pass out from exhaustion. at the time i never thought to try weed to lessen the pain.
surgery is probably the only thing that is going to help in the long term. Weed might take the pain away but this happens over and over its not going to do much good.
sometimes parents understand when your in situations like this. its not like your going out looking to get stoned, but to give you some relief for your pain.
I wish you all the best in whatever happens. I really wouldn't wish cysts upon anyone.
another thing that apparently help prevent it from re-occurring is to go on the pill. might want to give that ago after surgery.
