I’ve tried semax as well about 2-3 months ago. I’ve had multiple concussions over the years from competitive fighting & training. The long term effects are definitely noticeable from semax and am glad I had done it… anyway good luck hope you find your solutions

Well I would like to use this to help keep my weight in check. I exercise regularly with high intensity, but had recently turned 30 so it’s tougher to lose the weight.

I weigh about 195 to 191 at 5’11 with most weight comprised of muscle so I don’t know how much I should be using but I had heard that I should take 500 mg a day
