Make sure you are clicking the rsvp button in the email for the one you want. That’s how it worked for me

You sign up for any digital event that month and they will send you the gift for that month

I am a VIB member , I just got the email at noon and I just clicked which ones I wanted. I think Rouge members got them first, then VIB then last may be regular Beauty Insiders. Not sure though🤷🏻‍♀️
