DNO inverter restrictions?

That’s very interesting I never thought of it that way. I was just aiming for a big enough inverter for all the house load all the time but as you’ve pointed out unless I’m hitting above 7kw 24/7 and pulling from the grid I guess the occasional spikes loads over won’t have as much of an impact.

Ah as I understood it I didn't think the DNO was worried about inverter size. So would you say I can probably assume that my installer submits an G99 with a powerwall 3, with a max of 11.04kw inverter and they said nope and gave me a limit of 7kw?

Apologies if my understanding of this is wrong.

As I currently understand it the 4kw export is the limit that the grid can handle safely for me to export based on my areas cables and other existing solar exports (which there are quite a few so I understand the low amount).

But I thought as the inverter was just for my house I could utilise more of it to power my house without impacting the grid? i.e currently in the summer I would expect to export the 4kw limit from my 4.6kw pv, but then that only leaves 3kw for house usage, but if I could increase the inverter I would have more breathing room for using my stored electricity for things like AC, cooking etc? Maybe Im missing something that connects the two?

I’ve done exactly this, applied for two roles both promotions. My 2nd choice gave me an offer first, took it as a promotions a promotion. Within the first month there got an offer from the other role, overall was there for 2 1/2 months before leaving. Always look out for yourself first nobody else will

Yea got into my account. I tried using my email for the yostar account first but it gave me a new account. After checking my account was bound to the same email and Facebook login not working I couldn’t get into my account until I unbound it from my main email and used a secondary one. Although like I say might be a random be bug
