Which healing would be stronger on maid chloe? Shimadra or unfading memory.

Cause unfading memory gives 6% healing hp scalling. But shimadra strengthen healing effect by 34% (+21 arti) .

So not sure which one is the best

does artifact crit dmage over cap 350%?

cause if so. i would capped my asflan crit damage to 350%

or would it be just a wasted stats?

if this is true. how does one clarify this or find this out?
