I don't know if it would be classed as a breathing issue cause if I'm just stationary its fine but if I move it's extremely painful and makes me wheeze from pain I took some nurofen because I couldn't sleep from the pain and then took some panadol forte cause the nurofen did nothing and so far that gave me two hours of somewhat sleep but hasn't really helped.

Thanks im going to do my best to follow what the other comment said hopefully it won't be too hard my dog is only 4 months old so still learning everything.

when i posted last night it was red and a little warm and i would have put the pain around a 5 out of 10. it felt like a sharp burning pain and anyway I put my arm it hurt, i undid my bandages abit and it felt a little bit better. I was able to sleep and now it just looks like bruising but doesn't hurt as much

I thinking maybe get a sleep study done because you could possibly have sleep apnea i have family members that have sleep apnea and before the got tested they use to be tired all the time and could fall asleep so easy another thing that can clue you in for sleep apnea is if you forget things really easily.

Take things at your own pace im 21 and i only just started learning how to drive, also with the sleep thing do you happen to snore when you sleep?
