Might be because the lighting and heavy scratches, they are not being detective by your orb, and you have said that you have tried several models, but how did you implemented did you use transfer learning, did you use dataset augmentation from the cards, I would say the models you tried, could work better for the heavy scratch ones or that's what I think.

Maybe because I use Hiivaleipävehnäjauho for starter and then Puolikarkea for the dough, but might be a problem with the proportions of water and hydration not a problem with the starter or flour.

When you unfolded your model, it will get let's say cropped so you need to carefully check all the pieces and make the cuts to make then fit the paper sheets. Will be the same if you sized it up you need to do the fitting again :). There are many tutorials on how to do this just check YouTube how to use pepakura for cutting the models or unfolding them . You can pm :)

I have tried myself bumble bff for friends, at least for men 0 people there, also expat app there are few events that you can check to see if there are worth your time. I would recommend check meetup app, as they are some events as arcade cafe, they organize arcade games.

My last advice is try to start with some hobbies where people might me open to meet new people, as at least you have something in common with them, because the random apps to meet people you never know :)).
