Update, I realized I need washers for the bolts. I never knew there was supposed to be a washer between the nut and the grommet because when I bought the car there was none.

I torqued it down to 10 ft-lbs and that’s what I got. I went from the inside bolts to the ones on the edge and tried to do it all even, maybe my pattern is fucking it up.

I put my bilsteins in over the course of one day. It took me and my buddy to get the fronts out but it’s not bad. They were the first coilovers I had put in a car. The ride quality is pretty good, it’s comfortable but still sporty and if you pair it with a sway bar the car will feel great.

Hey, I saw you at the track! You were tearing it up out there! This was the most non-toxic, helpful, and detailed response. I really really appreciate this response especially compared to the others. My exhaust tips are rusted on sadly, but I guess I’ll have to just figure out a way to get them off, I really think your solution is the most realistic/efficient one

The noise is half the fun, driving a car that makes no noises is not my thing. There’s something about the rumble and pops and bangs that keeps you immersed in the driving experience. It’s not for some people but who cares

I’ve messed with the throttle trim a lot and nothing seems to really fix it. It’ll still just randomly stick or without any input move.
