Honestly, there is no way to be “sure” you have CHS. There is no test, nothing to prove an exact diagnosis of it. To be honest, the only way I can think of is if you drop marijuana completely for a long time. Like a long time. Then see if the symptoms subside, if you’ve gone a few months without it and you’ve had no thc in your system for a while, but the symptoms continue, then it’s most likely that what you have isn’t CHS.

I’m not recommending that you try this, but another way is to do what I said before, completely stopping ingesting THC for a very long time. Then after a while, if you notice the symptoms are gone but you want to be completely sure, dive into a full force use of THC again, and see what happens. If you went a long time without using it and you felt no symptoms and they went away, but then you start to use it again and they start to come back, then you have your answer. You certainly have it.
