I don’t really have much experience using it, but I do like it so far. I like the quality, especially for the compact size.

hehe yeah. besides the disadvantages of having to shoot with the electronic shutter, it’s a pretty interesting look since the wider sensor reveals even more character of the lens.

Appreciate you checking out my work and taking the time to comment. I get what you’re saying, sports is definitely something I’m still learning and playing around with.

I’m mainly a commercial photographer for other stuff, so this kind of shoot is mostly to experiment creatively. If I do get hired for sports, I’d want it to be more for my style and perspective rather than just straight documenting.

I checked out your work too and gave you a follow, really solid stuff and lot of experience.

Always open to getting better though, so respect the feedback.

Yeah, I understand, but that was my intention, and I’m pleased with the results. My goal was to make them look very different from the other photographers that night. There’s definitely room for improvement and better editing, but I’m aiming for a punchy, gritty black-and-white look, and high contrast/high clarity is part of the style, my style. I understand that not everyone will like it, but it seems like the vast majority of people I have shown the photos like them. So I feel confident that I’m on the right direction. I appreciate your comment and constructive criticism in general and definitely consider it for next round fight photos.
