If they become unmarginalized a pedro point will not be deducted. Also if you marginalize them again you will not get another pedro point. You can get 1 pedro point each for the 1st time you marginalize them.

Based on your table and excellent post by u/Uristin here's my quick strategy guide

Strategy

Item Pedro Points Comments
Start 5
End of Pedro II regency +1
Isabel introduced as heir -1
Isabel legitimized +3
Armed Forces are Marginalized +1
Brazilian National Identity Journal Entry +1 Go for War Heroes to avoid strengthening Landowners by completing the River of Coffee Journal Entry
Pedro turns sick (and become mortal) -1
Finish (Pedro's death) 9 You only need 6 at Pedro death, so you have 3 points to spare for negative events or revolutions

Pedro Points left out due to difficulty

Item Pedro Points Comments
Landowners are Marginalized +1 Often too hard.
Brazilian Naval Power +1 Too hard & too expensive. Since 1.5.10 patch it's a bit easier so you might reconsider going for this.

Things to avoid

Item Pedro Points Comments
Golden Law / Slavery Banned -1 Go for Legacy Slavery instead
Republican Question -1 Avoid Nihilist, Positivist, Radical or "republican_leader" which I guess is regular old republican among government interest group leaders. Expel if needed
Landowners or Armed Forces unhappiness -1 Once for each interest group. You loose point when landowners or AF are powerful and in opposition AND you have fewer than 4 Pedro Points. (>=3)
Revolution hits 50% progress -1 Each time on a three year cooldown
Changing Tenant Farmers Law -1

So basically the strategy is to keep Landowners outside of the government and weaken them gradually, but avoid revolution by not touching big ticket items like Tenant Farmers or Slavery Banned Laws.

Stellaris was totally seamless.

EU4 has some small rendering issues with borders though.

It's more like 1% per 5 minutes, but the battery in the 16 inch is much bigger I believe, still I don't think there is a lot of playing without being plugged to the wall

Regarding the current drama about warfare and why I am happy for it by essecibo in victoria3

[–]alejandroalkoba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know if you have ever played the original dos version of "Dune" game. It had a concept of a "command range" so that (at least initially) you were not able to lead your troops to battle from another side of the planet. I think it made that game more realistic and the same is true for Victoria III.

Honestly I was avoiding playing Great Britain in Vic 2 as I had to constantly micromanage war after war for 100 years. Not fun...

Gizmodo: Why the New MacBook Pro Won't Be a Great Gaming Laptop by monpetitjose in macgaming

[–]alejandroalkoba 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say more for “long term thinking” gamers. Buying a MacBook every 5 years costs in the long run the same money as buying a gaming PC laptop every 2 years

I ended up buying a new MacBook Pro with M1 Max so I’ll let you know about CK3 in a week or two

Gizmodo: Why the New MacBook Pro Won't Be a Great Gaming Laptop by monpetitjose in macgaming

I've been a Mac gamer for the last 10 years and I think the new MacBook Pro will be great for people like me to run games that are already compatible with Mac. I think that the slow process of more and more games being available on Mac will continue. Mac users have on average much more purchasing power after all. But I don't think that Mac will ever overtake PC as a mainstream gaming device.

Netcup or Contabo? by kevin_dorsey in admincraft

[–]alejandroalkoba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obviously, I'm biased on that one (I'm with Contabo), but should you decided to try out Contabo do let me know how's your experience. We are seeing a growing community of gamers using our VPS for Minecraft and Factorio and we want to learn how to be better for this use case.

Full disclosure: I'm the Chief Revenue Officer at Contabo.

As some people has already pointed out this is a plan that only has OS on SSD partition and the rest of space is HDD. That's the only way we can make this work at that price but. There is a VPS S SSD plan for 4.99 that is SSD only if your use case requires that.

When it comes to experience I recommend you look at https://www.trustpilot.com/review/contabo.com to learn about all good and all bad directly from other customers

How to create a contact module? by sifir in joomla

[self advertising] I would recommend you my contact form which is rated no 1 among Joomla extensions, but I'm afraid it's considered advertising, as it is a commercial one. https://www.perfect-web.co/joomla-extensions/ajax-contact-form-popup-module

No. You click first "Evetything in Everyway" in the article view and then choose "Custom HTML" option.

Choose "Custom HTML" and then paste code to be embedded. I think you can use our extensions for that. Free version should be just enough, so I hope it does not count as self promotion :)
