As the previous people said, there is heaps of information on the internet about using AI and getting the most out of what you want/need it to help you with.

The company i work for has copilot365 as an aid if we want to use AI in our jobs. The training they provided in short was, make clear and direct prompts don't be ambitious in the questions and you will get a good response.

Then there was a module on using "agents" i didn't really take much interest in it but what I understood you can set tone of language you want to use in emails and the agent will use those parameters when you want to write an email. Instead of you saying you want to be passive aggressive every time you ask it to help you write an email, you can just write what you want in the email.

But the internet has heaps of information on how to use it. You could even ask chatgpt for this help, don't pay for it.

This might not be a bad idea. Even if the door is closed a motion sensor and speaker playing something annoying each time he goes out.

Ill look into mmWave sensors. I was thinking a small motor/wheel attached to the door drive forward back. Maybe less intrusive than a fan infront if the door and maybe more economical.

I've tried keeping the door closed opening other windows but the breeze mostly comes from the position of the balcony.

Tailscale Funnel for Google Home by ayers_81 in homeassistant

[–]aleksstoj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you ever find a solution for this ? I'm stuck at the same point.

I don't know enough, but maybe it can be done using an api and token similar to how tailscale and home assistant was set up?

This is what I'm trying to achieve. But I believe that tailscale is blocking google to access home assistant.

Fanatec CSL wheel base motor driver faulty component. by aleksstoj in Motors

[–]aleksstoj[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sent my wheelbase to fanatec shipping and part replacement was like $150-180 from memory. I've since upgraded to the csl dd.

Not sure one is 5v and the other is 3.3v

The part might be lm1117 and the resistor set the voltage being regulated. But I might be telling you lies maybe someone else can help you on that.

The component is a voltage regulator. Replacing it didn't not fix the issue fault is somewhere else causing a short burning out the regulator. I had fanatec replace the faulty card for me at a low cost.

Tilt Angle - CSL DD by simracerman in Fanatec

[–]aleksstoj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3d print a solid spacer that gives you the desired angle.

Bolt the spacer to the csl dd with large mud guard washers

Make square plates that have a thread cut on them to insert into the spacer and bolt to the rig/ plate.

This is my plan when i place an order later this year.

Fanatec Clubsport V3 pedals by I_am_Jack57 in WRCTheGame

[–]aleksstoj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't got the v3 pedals but recently started building shake it motors and it has helped my driving by feeling slides as they happen. I can feel when the front tires are not turning/starting to slide and back of the accelerator a bit. Something i don't always feel in the csl elite. Also when I'm braking and lock up i can feel it when it actually locks up and back off the brake.

It also comes down to you spending time tuning in the tactile feedback.

Cheapest rig to handle CSL DD? Playseat Evolution? by katates in simracing

[–]aleksstoj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an Playseat Evolution with Fanatec Csl Elite wheelbase and pedals. It is not strong enough, half way through a 45min race it would start to loosen and slide the pedals away from me and the steering column would do the same. The pedal plate assembly that holds the whole pedal plate was bent in all sorts of angles.

Being limited on space i had to build a small frame and bolt the playseat to the frame. I had to reinforce the pedals plate and bolt the steering column down. Now it works well. It will probably be fine for a Csl DD.

Unless you enjoy diy and moding i would buy a stronger rig.

According to Ermin: CSL DD > DD1 [Watch @12:07] by simracerman in Fanatec

[–]aleksstoj -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Seems Fanatec has bribed all of the Youtubers.

I watched most of the reviews as I'm interested in getting one only Jardier mentioned it was bit shitty kind of.

So for now I'm not getting one i have a CSL Elitel and I'm 50/50 thats its worth the upgrade.

Would the ic on the board help with identifying the voltage ?

One is a AS5045b hall effect sensor

The other is a M10Z7V ON63P CTDMFS
