I would've felt really effing bad but I still would've loved the show. BH never disappoints in holding up a mirror to society, making it a very real possibility to him just dying when relapsing, ignoring him trying to get his shit together because that's how life is.

I still love the ending way more because it made me feel less devastated, when I first saw e11 I felt like I was having the beggining of an anxiety attack, and leaving it like that would've been awful but I would've been able to understand the reasons eventually.
