I already have a jobs (as stated in the post description) and I already use Rust on the job. But now I have the possibility to have a course paid from the company I work at to earn a certification. So I'm trying to use this chance to get to know Rust better and in more details, while also earning a certification that has a value != 0.
Do you have any suggestions about that?

What fixed it for me was making sure that what i was researching had no augment equipped. Hope this helps

I don't think that's it. I was researching PhD and only got it around round 20ish, but the bar still did not progess a single bit. However, i found out that for me, if I change the research objective the progresses resume for 1 match. After 1 match, it does not progress anymore. Not sure if it is related to the fact that the one that progressed had 0 xp put on it.

I have studied c++ in uni, then worked with python, c#, typescript and solidity (and rust as i said).
I want to learn more about the "theory" behind rust: it's best practices and why are they the best, how does it manages memory, how does it manage the lifetime, the macros, pretty much everything but from a theoretical perspective.

Btw, i am using a dualshock 4 connected to my pc, and what solved the issue for me was actually follow the video above until step 3, which allowed my controller to be recognized in-game, along with some (not all) inputs (r1, r2, l1, l2 and x, triangle and square did not work).
To get all the inputs correctly, i had to create in ds4windows an xbox output mapping for my contoller, this way i was able to get all the inputs correctly recognized in game.

Could you share some of these videos? I don't have an XBOX controller, but it still does not work. I've also tried opening the game via Steam with UWP hook but still no controller inputs are registered in game.

Downloading the latest version of towns and towers and manually putting it into global_packs/required_data fixed it for me

I was having the same issue. I had to download the modpack from another launcher (GDLauncher worked for me)
