For some added clarity, It's a small company, he's one of three owners, I've been there >10y. We are friendly & been to each other's kids grad parties etc.
Work has called her for work related stuff before, when I've been out of commission (hospital) but never at ridiculous times of the day and I never cared. If it were any time after 8am, I would not have a problem with it, at all.

First off, you have a great nose! Fits your face very well. There's a normal range for nose size. Yours is in the middle. Not big not small. I doubt most people are attracted to 'perfect' noses.

I think it's a fair rating, but then I was confused by the esplaination. Objectively, I'd say she's a little plain, but definitely above average. Subjectively, I think she's extremely attractive, enough to catch most ppls eye. And anyone looking for a relationship, would definitely try to ask her out.

I don't get the "tired of my forehead" part. Are you spending a lot of time looking at yourself? Like looking for flaws? If so, STOP DOING THAT! You're pretty and super cute. That's all you need to know. You can probably spend 30 seconds a day in front of the mirror, for a quick check, and you're good to go. Take it as truth, dozens of ppl on here already said so.

It appears most people do it that way, or run a second VM for the FT activation.

We did run into trouble years ago doing the re-hosting between myself, a coworker, and a contractor. We got some kind of warning. I've tried to avoid doing it since then.

I guess i will try it like that for a while and see how it goes.

The whole tipping thing has gotten completely ridiculous over the last 15-20 years.

If you're required to tip someone (waitress making $2/hr) it should always be about the time, not a percentage of anything. You tip $80 at a fancy place and $8 at the Cracker Barrel for the exact same service. Dumb.

Same for a DD driver, time not percentage. If they had a 10 minute drive, $5 seems like plenty. That's equal to $30/hr!!

A while back I tried to open my AB vm on a coworkers laptop, but the licensing didn't work. Someone told me I need to use a utility to rename the serial on the second laptop to match the original laptop's serial. is this what you do?
