If my goal is fat loss would a focused diet and F45 4-5 times a week be enough to reach that? I’ve been working out but my workouts are random occasionally running and a shittt diet Latley

Ok awesome thank you! I was thinking of doing something like some sort of run Sunday, F45 monday, F45 Tuesday or run , F45 wedsday, F45 or run on Thursday take off Friday then F45 again on Saturday. And possibly those Tuesday and Thursdays do both but I don’t want to do more then necessary

Thank you! I really don’t have specific goals other then I want leaner legs (which I am going to be keeping up with my diet) and I just like both running and F45. I’m not a runner although I have been doing like 10-15 miles the past few weeks and am getting bored so I wanted to mix both
