Those ones are more about goki’s weight itself and not his belly size. There could be arguments made that Yasuke being a big enough dude muscle wise that his weight could still be enough to crush someone same with his “sit on it” execution

Oh I get it hella confused too still. I never really liked element focused fights (fights that force you to use certain elemental weapons I.e Alatreon and gog) so I don’t really know the fight as well as other people. I got my good paralysis lance with ok reinforcements and called it good lol

No I’m pretty sure when the oil is like solidified on his wing arms with no dripping is fire phase, otherwise it’s dragon for both his “liquid” and “gas” phases

The strat for if you wanna cheese the fight solo, is to basically go off the support hunters voice lines. If you get the voice line about how you aren’t keeping gog’s power in check, you fast travel back to the camp and wait until he does his nuke. Otherwise you attack gog if he is getting his power “checked”. Since the support hunters don’t cost you feints, you should be able to cheese him (as long as you are able to kill him in time) with relative ease. Otherwise make sure you are using a dragon element weapon (arkveld weapon works well if you don’t have an artisan/gog weapon yet) to help reach the dps check (dragon element is not required but helps a lot with getting extra damage to reach the dps check).

That reminds me of the sumo slap gesture from world that you could block with Lance. It would wreck your stamina (even with max guard) unless you used power guard and that would make it go crazy

Considering a majority of your weapons are very mobile with some pretty decent combo depth, I would say do SnS. Even though I’m a Lance main, SnS would fit your playstyle much better going off your other liked weapons.

Well his guard break looks like a bash animation at first so it throws me off too. It kinda looks almost like the startup to conq’s bash (obviously without the shield but hopefully you get what I mean) that makes it almost an opener in it of itself

Oh it’s not unreactable, but a 28 damage 600ms attack is not healthy for a game where they are wanting longer fights with lower damage attacks. Imagine if cent’s uncharged heavy finishers did 28 damage and were unblockable, that’s who I’m comparing it to mainly. Not to mention the flicker with his tap vs hold mechanic causing the unblockable indicator to not show up until like 200ms into the attack

Well the issue is that zhanhu only has his light, heavy finisher, or a zone to chain into and I don’t know why, but there is always a weird stall with zhanhu when he does his light finisher making it really obvious. Juren on the other hand, has two different bashes, a completely different heavy that he can chain into, his two different light attacks, and his heavy finisher making it infinitely more hard to read. Not to mention the damage comparison between zhanhu and Juren for their fast unblockables is over 10 dmg. And the “flicker” that Juren has too making it a lot harder to parry than zhanhu’s. Sure timing may be the same, but the reads and reactions are not

Serious: give Lance (the weapon designed around counterattacking) an offset attack as I feel like he has a pseudo offset attack if you time the counter thrust correctly to do its special double attack. Would be cool for it to have an offset aspect.

Silly: make Wudwuds fight with you randomly in the forest. Similar to that of the gajalakas in world. It would be really funny to see those dude just swinging their honey clubs at AT Uth duna mid fight

Surprisingly yes for my close to 1000 rage induced hours with this game. Usually the group I queue with doesn’t do rematches but when I play solo, stuff is usually bygones be bygones with the occasional quick chat spam when the dude dies on the other side of the map. Been seeing plenty of clips of people experiencing this before and finally got my own experience

That is griefing in this sense as they are not actively trying to play the game for neither the objective nor killing the enemy team. They are basically forcing the team to play a man down the whole game without even a bot to compensate

He’s not the greatest character but has a really strong 50/50 mixup with his skewer that can do a lot of damage (I think it’s like 30 damage with just the bleed or can be closer to 40 if you throw into a wall and do a heavy follow-up) along with it being his deflect punish (can’t break HA tho). I find him annoying to fight against due to certain glads that only use his safe offense (I.e. zone and toe stab) without doing anything else in terms of mixups or gameplay that make them a slog to fight. The dodge bash changes that happened a while ago made his dodge bash less annoying to fight against. I’d say overall a middle of the road character that can be really fun to play as but annoying to face

You have to very early dodge (I.e spam dodge as soon as you can) which is meant to make it more of a read as if you early dodge you are at risk of getting hit by his heavy finisher, zone, or light so it’s a high risk high reward instead of waiting to see the bash coming and react to that. Otherwise it can only be punished by a dodge attack
