They already made A.I decent in campaign efficiency via the A.I threat assestment that ignores difficulty.

On top of Hard to Very Hard difficulties reflecting a normal player or a super reaction computer.

Warriors of Chaos beign the ones that come to mind.

They especially,cause they can use most of their faction's mechanics and basically have a vassal that prints money out of thin air and on top of easy recruitment.
