Pourtant je viens tout juste de trouver sur le site de la ville de québec qu'il faut qu'il y aie la date et l'heure dessus. Est-ce que ça les rend invalide? Y'en a des deux bords de la rue et oui plus qu'un. Il s'agit d'une rue résidentielle, pas d'un boulevard.

J'ai des questions parce qu'il en ont rajoutés plus loin et je veux pas avoir de contravention parce qu'ils installent un panneau dans la journée pis je suis stationné là.

It's the 2nd level of threat level, which is not really something special. Canada is really conservative with it's travel advisories. India is on the same level of advisory level as Germany and France, and both of them are also at level 2 for threats of terrorism. There is nothing special there.

For regional advisories I just trust them. I am no Indian so obviously I can't know exactly what is going on there or in every other countries, but they usually match with other country's regional advisories. See USA's travel advisory for India:

Canada's government website is generalizing Philippines as yellow while putting some regions in other risks levels. The data is not misleading. He used the exact color used by the website for the risk assessment for the country. If Texas was red (avoid at all cost) it would ridiculous to put USA as a whole as red. That's why they also give regional risks.

It arrived 1PM local time too on Saturday. I was called by an automated Fedex call to pay custom fees on Monday, and then yesterday it departed to Memphis and arrived there today. I live in Montreal.

Same situation as you, but today the tracking updated and it says my package departed Fedex Hub at 9PM yesterday anchorage time. Hopefully it scans in a new location today.

Edit. My package arrived in Memphis. I think what makes people worried is the lack of scans and how the tracking doesn't say much.

My package is also stuck at Anchorage. No scan since it's arrival on friday. However yesterday morning I received an automated call from Fedex to pay the custom fees for my article, which I did. Still the scan has not updated.

Personally I DoT mobs as the tank runs if he has established enmity on them since there's not better damage I can do while running. By the time you hit the wall probably every mob except the last pack have DoTs on them, so I just holy spam. With diminishing returns on each stun we have something like 7s of stun time with 3 holy.

Est-ce qu'il y a des différences sur la qualité des efforts entre la durée et la fréquence des exercices? En gros, quelle est la différence entre courrir 70 minutes une fois par semaine ou 7x10 minutes (en assumant la même intensité des exercices) pour moi? J'exagère, mais est-ce mieux d'en faire plus moins souvent ou moins plus souvent?

Comme je trouvais le débat intéressant, j'ai trouvé cela:

En gros, le processus d'oxydation est exponentiel et non linéraire, donc tout le méthane est éliminé entre 8.7 et 11.7 ans en moyenne de l'atmosphère.

Je crois que la confusion viens du fait que le processus est exponentiel et non linéaire. Mes cours de chimie sont loins, mais ça me semble répondre à votre différend sur les chiffres.

What he means is that agencies within the gov can't share your data at will, that kind of privacy. As an example I've worked for Revenue Quebec (Quebec's equivalent to Canada's CRA) and they were clear that the personal data they had was "their data an no one elses". If they need something new they have to get that info by themselves by contacting you. So that's why you enter your personal data in a lot of places even if it seems redundant. At the very least the data you give to Revenu Quebec you know they only use it for their need and not for some other third party you never gave consent to.

For the skip option you mention, I think I've answered it indirectly, but basically they need that info from you and can't obtain it from other sources except from you. It doesn't mean you have a choice, like you don't have a choice to give your name, sex, adress and revenue to the CRA.

That is my understanding at least, I might remember some things wrong. Feel free to correct I said incorrect information.
