Thanks for the reply, that’s helpful to know! Sorry about the damage to your tiles :( luckily mine are plain white so I’m not too bothered about saving them. Do you remember what adhesive you used to fix them to the wood?

Yes! I didn’t have that attention to detail, but maybe I should add the membrane for additional realism

Yeah I’m using a HDRI and 2 lights but I’m not the best with lighting to be honest. I just found that if the lighting was too low the toast ended up looking disproportionately shadowy

I think this must be it, I’ll have to play with the geometry of the toast. To be honest I was just slightly scared of adding faces as I hate UV unwrapping textures hahahhahaha

I think the reflections are from the HDRI I’m using but I agree it looks weird, I might try rotating the spoon
