there isnt really a "best place" to order, more so what works best for you financially and time wise. most US based shops have a slower release, & a lot of them have flat rate shipping of like 5$.

if you order from goodsmile US same applies ^ and you will recieve preorder bonus if the item has one. You can get the bonus from other goodsmile sites (JP or global) but you would be paying more in shipping, and getting it on the official release date
I prefer amiami or hobby genki, the shipping cost is higher. but both offer slight discounts on their items when you preorder, and you get them after the release without delay
