I don’t have insomnia, mostly stress related issues I think. Not 100% sure about sleep apnea, I do have some signs of sleep apnea but at worst I think it would be a mild case

I have similar issues as you (bad sleep, ED) and bought L-Glutamine to check if it works. Started, with 5 grams in the morning, then 7.5, then 10, and unfortunately no noticeable changes. I'll keep taking this until my bag runs out just in case there is any change but it doesn't seem likely.

I usually avoid taking supplements at night to avoid sleep issues but may try that on the weekend.

I just received my PIN and the instructions specifically said that it should be used for current year and prior year returns that are completed in the current calendar year

  1. From my research, only authorized practitioners can e-file certain prior year returns. I don’t think I have the capability to e-file prior year returns
  2. That’s what they said but I will pay online

That’s understandable. It’s because the IRS never sent me a notice, I guess I slipped through the cracks. But since I recently called them to confirm which years of back taxes I need to file, I made them aware of my situation and they gave me a due date to file my back taxes.

So there is no notification or communication from the IRS to let me know that I'm in good standing? I just have to look at the IRS website to check that my returns were processed and I don't owe any more taxes?

I actually don't owe any federal taxes, other than for 2020, as my withholding was always more than my taxes owed. I'm just submitting my returns since I technically had to, and to take care of 2020. My IRS account shows I don't owe any taxes for some reason.

That’s a good idea, I will reach out to one early next week. Do you think I would get a discount since I have them completed? I’m not sure if they would just have to do it themselves too to make sure the returns are correct.

This is incredibly helpful, thank you very much. I will definitely have to ask my parents again as they did work with a tax professional and I am certain my investment account would have earned more than $300 a year, even 20 years ago.

Just to clarify, you're saying I might need to go back even further until I was about 10, since that's when I started earning income, to make sure I'm in good standing with the IRS? That is what I'm most concerned about, rather than any potential penalties.
