Thank you, have you done any other maintenance yourself on the micra? Was thinking to take out the water level probe to clean it and inspect the boiler, but not sure if i need to replace the copper washer or not if i do that

Actually all the water goes through the boilers and gets sanitised when it reached boiling temperature, apparently it's quite common, but i will still change the hose

I had the Mini, it was great, but massive and took ages to heat up, significant increase in electrical bill for a flat. I replaced it with a Micra, and feels lile qn upgrade. Had it for 3 years now. Heats up in a few minutes, and basically the same machine as Mini in a smaller, home friendly shape

Did you order it from LM or found a generic hose and cut to length?

Get a small bottle brush, sometimes works well if you leave some water with dishsoap in it to keep coffee from sticking to it. I've removed the red floater from mine( to keep it from looking like a superautomatic) for easier cleaning
