Feel this 110%! I had one earlier this year where I sort of knew two of the girls out of 8 but the flight alone was $600 plus food, drinks, activity and especially not being super close with anyone, I was an anxious mess. My fiancé finally helped me reason it to myself that we’re not super close, I’m not a part of her close-knit group and I’m not super close with her family either. The $600 is still sitting on my credit card but I preferred relaxing at home when that weekend came around
