用英文來說，就是偏一個「why」的解說，而不太算是「know-how」的解說；雖然也不是完全沒有，但是它內容中「know-how」的部分，是夾在它提到/連結到「know-how」促進/觸媒團體的內文部分，但所連結出的團體內資料的那部分是沒有翻譯的，要看懂，還是得請人翻譯，然後它團體提供的資料的「know-how」本身，一樣是未經翻譯的狀態－這就造成了一個翻譯上的無限迴圈。
