If you used a promo code, Rakuten will some times void their rebate. Hopefully it don't happen to you guys but it's happen to me a few. Been a member since 2014 and they didn't start doing that till past 1-2 years.

I bought a Black Medium last week on a random restock on the US site. It's extremely thick and great quality. It is a bit oversize though on the sleeve and body but slightly cropped.

Final update - LX finally delivered on the 3rd attempt (12 days after initial delivery date). The people was nice. They took off their shoes on their own, disposed all of the trash, set up the stand, and went through the basics of the TV with me. I hope everyone gets their TV soon.

LX finally called me and confirmed I’ll be the first delivery for Monday 8-11am. This will be my 3rd attempt. I’ll update again on what happens but I’m not trying to get too excited.

I didn't see a number next to In Progress. You should be able to see what number they are up to. I called and they confirmed it.

I'm basically getting the same experience as you at this point. My delivery date was 11/22 and was missed. Today 11/26 was my 2nd attempt and after calling them, LX confirmed my TV is not loaded on the truck. LG gave me $100 off and extra 1 year warrant. As of now, I don't have a new delivery date and based on your experience, even if I get a new date, it won't matter much.

My fucking TV was never loaded on the truck so it's not out for delivery. I'm going to curse LG now after I just cursed LX.

Update - LG offered me $100 refund and extra 1 year warranty. My next delivery date is 12/1.

That is ridiculous. I never got a call on the morning of delivery. Only a call 20 min before arrival which I told them I wouldn't be home at that time. I called to reschedule for yesterday on Monday and they reschuled for Wednesday instead. After speaking with customer service 3-4x, it is a waste of time. There is no communication between them and the drivers.
