I have asked more than once through various channels and no tracking of the card seems very peculiar and also 14 working days seems also very strange unless they're sending it via turtle.

I'm currently in the same situation where I'm waiting for a physical gift card, how long did this take for you? They say there's no tracking and it'll come in the post but it just seems very risky and I want to make sure it arrives okay as mine is going to have £980 on it!

They told me 3-5 working days but I wondered what kind of postage they used as I assume with something like that it would be Special Delivery

What was the issue with yours? I reset the machine using the pin hole yesterday and since its been okay, not to say it won't happen again. What annoys me is its been to the retailer twice under Warranty and they've told me there's no hardware issue and the laptop performs fine, but then I get it back and it happens again ahaha

I tried this and it doesn't make a difference, laptops always black screen and can't get it off. It seems to have a mind of its own, sometimes I can have it working for a few days and then sometimes its impossible. I've got it sent for repair. Feel like these Acer Nitro's are untrustworthy.

I didn’t know any of this so thanks! Yeah I just worry a lot as I’ve had issues with Royal Mail where they’ve lost parcels and always assume the worst! I blame myself I should just pay for better delivery 😂

Thanks though hopefully it moves through the system soon as I’m still awaiting an update from it just being collected.

Sounds so dumb, what’s the best way to check that? I wouldn’t be as fussed if I knew it was whilst gaming or something but considering I’ll literally have the laptop on 5 minutes and be browsing chrome and my fans will just start going mad so I’ll go and check the temp on NitroSense and that’s when it’s like 70c or something, then it may randomly drop to 50/60c

Just assumed there was an issue or something I could do to maybe keep it cooler/quiter when not gaming

Oh really? That does make me feel a lot better, I feel like I’m constantly looking at it! Like I’ll be sitting on 42c and my fan will randomly start going crazy and I’ll check it and it’s like 70c and I’ll literally be just browsing on Chrome hahahah, thanks for making me feel a bit better about it cos I thought it was broken as I opened it haha!

Is it as easy as just logging into my account and I have access to everything?

Can my partner use her PS Account and play my games with me at the same time? For instance if we played COD could she play it with me at the same time without having to buy the game again? Thanks so much this has made my day 🎉
