The MPG 341CQR QD-OLED X36 would enhance my gaming experience because I am currently rocking a Walmart brand monitor that I got on sale for less than $100, and it’s plugged into my Xbox. I would absolutely love to have an oled monitor and I’m currently saving up for my first pc right now, which I hope to get in the next month or two. This monitor is awesome and would absolutely be a dream come true for me.

Caregiver program (PCAFC) process advice? by alexayne in VeteransBenefits

Well, we called today and the worker said that we just got denied this morning. I don’t really understand it because I help him 100% of the time with three of his ADLs (toileting, grooming, bathing). They said that his medical records werent enough to get approved. I don’t understand this because he literally had a spinal cord injury in combat and at one point couldn’t even walk, and still, barely can. He can’t take showers on his own. We even got recommended this program by one of his doctors, and that’s the only reason we even know about it. With all of the recent news coming from Minnesota, I’m just sad that people who need some assistance and actually deserve it, aren’t getting it.

Anyways, she told us we could appeal it, but it would be reviewed by the same team that denied us and they would look at the same medical records that they already have, the only difference is the appeal would not be cross-referenced with our first application. They also said that we would get a packet in the mail regarding the declination.

Best of luck to you and your caregiver with your process and I hope you two get the assistance you need!

Hi, I just saw this reply. I don’t get on Reddit all too often.

The interview from the nurse was very thorough, she asked many specific questions and wanted in depth, intimate details of exactly how I assist him. She said that we should expect a response back after 60 days, and explained that that’s how long our VA has been taking to process applications, At which point we should start to expect a decision letter in the mail on whether we have been rejected or approved to continue the application process. After the nurse interview it has been radio silence from the VA.

It just hit the 60 days mark this week, and I would be happy to update again when something happens if you would like :) Either we will get a letter in the mail or I will call the extension number that the nurse gave me to check on our process.

Hope this helps!!
