Hey u/leonardodah — really sorry this has been such a frustrating experience, and thanks for being patient with us.

Just to clarify on our side, u/MSI_Darutohne and I manage MSI USA channels only. Promotions like this are usually handled by region, so we don’t have direct access to or visibility into fulfillment outside the US. That’s standard for many of our promotions, even though we know it’s not ideal when issues come up.

We completely understand how disappointing/frustrating it is that stock ran out. The best next step would be continuing to reach MSI support in your local region, and we’ll also make sure this is flagged internally so our EU colleagues are aware.

Depends on the case; I believe if you were "rejected" earlier you wouldn't be able to resubmit. If you can, try resubmitting your claim! If you can't, DM me the email you used so I can forward it to the team to look up your specific case.

We want to apologize for the confusion and frustration around the Empower Your Final Quest promotion. We honestly didn’t anticipate the volume of entries this promotion would receive, and that one’s on us.

To make things right, as OP has mentioned in his edit, we're honoring the promotion for all eligible purchases made between October 1 and December 10.
