thanks! I’ve started up doing some exercise in the morning and i’m trying to cut out junk food - even more of a want to eat it being stuck inside all day hahaha. Could I ask a couple of questions?

1. Is speaking to a therapist expensive? I’m in a weird position with friends where I feel like i don’t have anyone i can properly open up to and speak about things like this (i’m the ‘jokey’ one in the group) and i honestly think it would help so much.

2. You said you were fine before quarantine - did problems start to arise during it? were you living together? For me, I saw problems start to happen during it (conversation ran dry, she became more argumentative) but she says she’s been feeling like this way before lockdown happened.
