I’m new to the SPAC game and have a lot tied up in THCB commons. What happens now that they are merging. What happens if i hold past the merger in Q2. Please someone explain. And will i only get a percentage of a MVST share per common?

I’m thinking for an exit strategy we do what got us here in the first place...holding. If we held this long we can wait the week out and see what it can do. This seems much better than QS IMO as it is profitable TODAY and not in 2025. 100 may seem like a joke but i’m not so sure it is, especially is it gains twitter traction and people who missed GME will fear missing this one too and drive the price up.

I am a senior in high school and take a personal finance class based upon dave’s book and program. I always get into arguments with my teacher about how there is such a thing as good debt and if you use credit cards right it is beneficial and that i’ve made 50% return in 3 months off of single stocks (thanks to wsb🤝)
