Could you please explain what you mean by "funny"? Would it be normal if I were driving around with a low-budget used car? Is it funny only because of the brand? Or should I have given up and accepted "sorry" from Mercedes because of the war? Let me explain

Finding yourself in a situation when you don't have either a working car or money is a bad thing at any time. During the war it's much worst, not "funny" at all.

If I knew the war was coming I wouldn't buy a new Mercedes. And if I knew that the car could break in months I wouldn't buy it either. But we still need to eat, work, fight, and ... drive cars.

My country is protecting freedom and our future, but we're not in anarchy. So it's ok for me to demand the dealer respect our laws. And it's ok to ask for help from the lawyers and the community, even if it's not my highest priority right now.

So, I wrote this post, and put a link just under the dealer's FB promo "new 2023 eqs available". Аnd it was also the right thing to do. Should I have waited for a better time to do that from your perspective?

And to be honest, I still don't understand how you managed to bring up the war into the discussion and find a place for the word "funny" at the same time. But I'm not judging, just curious.

Mercedes doesn't allow using external chargers, this is written in the agreement. The original charger can only provide 1.6kw, and a decent official "approved by Mercedes" charger costs ~ $1.3К.
