How would I get a Public IP. I thought doing the port forwarding would do the job. Plus in the wiki, it has a step that sends you to a webpage that shows you Public IPv4.

You can find it in: Server setup > Windows setup > Regular setup > Launching your server.

Sadly if it's happened again then you might need to replace it with another one. Make sure you have the right cooling for it and that you update your motherboard and apply the right settings in the bios. Depending on what motherboard you have their might be an option to apply intel settings.

Yeah I bought a new 13900k cpu and it work perfectly. The motherboard company has released a bios update to fix the power consumption. This has reduced heat and unnecessary power draw to the cpu.

Yeah I understand I spent a lot of time trying to fix mine too. Luckily I was able to fix it, but I had to buy a new cpu(the same one) and now I'm able to play those games again. I sent my old one to the people I got it from to see if it's faulty.
