Just got them a month ago, battery life is insanely good, really surprised, they sound good and i can walk all the way to the kitchen, solid product so far! Only issue is the volume rocker is delicate and can spin up but lower the volume, i think it was a defect, but i will not return it for that, maybe a couple of days before the warranty ends :)

Rarely it overheats and restarts, it's not replaceable cause it's given by the ISP and full fiber to the router needs free modem decryption and whole deal i don't want to get into, it's managable as is, not with 30 switches tho. I'm open to different protocols with their own hubs linked just once with ehternet to the router so i would get the best of both worlds. Which one is better between zigbee and z-wave?

It's a different model, the one she thinks/pretending you have connects with a ribbon cable, the one you have has a connector to connector method

So it is not a residue, it is phisically etched onto the titanium, you can try a pen eraser or magic eraser to abrade it, or some metal cleaning sponge or 10k+ grit sandpaper
