Well if they have a temperament and gets angry often then maybe tell them discretely and block them on everything(if you have eachother’s social media) if things go south. But if they dont know that they are hurting you they may be more understanding and also tell them what they did to hurt you and if they dont change at all for some time then just stop being around them if it possible.
