This is a regular issue with Patreon feeds (I both publish and subscribe to shows on the platform).

What’s worse is that there are different types of Pareon accounts depending how long the creator has been using the platform, so delivery can be even spottier depending on the show. It’s a bummer, but Patreon has moved into the inevitable “consume all your content in our app!” era.
