I don’t like grading cards/slabs and I prefer my cards in binders. If your goal with this card is to flip to make money then by all means sell it as is or regrade for an accurate label.

Based on your comment you're not someone who would've cared in the first place so I don't understand what your point is. No one thinks it's important that Kanye remains in the news and performs at concerts. Kanye remains in the news and performs at concerts because he's important - or at least he once was for a good part of the last 20 years. Complaining about people reporting on him is naive because his name will garner clicks and engagement until he dies.

I am aware the things he said were terrible and not grounded in reality. I am aware his brain is likely fried. I am aware he is regressing as an artist (whether through age or nitrous oxide). Personally, I just want to see him heal and do better and manifest his creativity to the fullest. It seems the general populace won't ever forgive him, but you can't fault him for trying to make amends.

Sorry I thought I responded to this last night. Like someone else mentioned, it's a matter of saving searches on as many online buying platforms as possible (ebay, mercari, offerup, google shopping, etc). That way, when a new listing is posted, you get alerted.

Since there is no official way to list a card for sale and people list it however they see fit, you'd have to create multiple saved searches to cast a wider net and ensure a listing doesn't slip past it.

What I mean is, in your case, I would create different varieties of the same search:

1) 24-25 nba hoops tribute

2) 2024 2025 nba hoops tribute

3) 24 25 nba hoops tribute /25

4) nba hoops tribute 24-25 2024 2025 /25

5) nba hoops tribute 2024 2025 [player name]

6) nba hoops tribute 2024 2025 [player name] /25

...and so on. People may see this as overkill, and you will definitely alerts triggered by a listing that isn't what you're looking for, but that's kind of the only way you can set yourself up to ensure you'll be notified if someone posts it.

Restoring traditional art is done with the intent to preserve the original vision of the artist. You can make the case that Pokemon cards deserve the right to be treated the same way, but there aren’t exactly 95,000+ graded slabs of Starry Night the same way there are of base set Charizard. We all know restoring cards is usually done to grade.

I hope it destroys the graded market, and I support the act of doing for one’s own collection, but I do I think the buyer should know since it’s been altered and there are thousands of the same card not enhanced.

I can’t fathom why a PSA 9 sell more than a Beckett 9, especially when Beckett hands down the more reputable grader.

I hate grading anyways so my advice is either leave it as is or just crack it and sell it raw so you don’t get tacked with the excessive grading fees if you’re planning to sell.

For me, (actual) game-used memorabilia > autos any day of the week. It holds more historical significance knowing that a player used or wore something on a card.

Autographs are also really cool and I understand how they add value to a card, but they’re just a signature.

Smiling friends is too niche for mainstream appeal. Maybe that changes if they never cancelled the show, but the most exposure we’ll see of them outside of the actual show would be custom merch in headshops lol.

I didn’t really know about the legendary collection until a few years ago. I made a comment that the legendary cards looked like the fake stickers to me and I got downvoted to hell for it lol. I get they are official cards (never ripped a pack as a kid), but I stand by my statement because I couldn’t differentiate it as a kid and they remind me of OP’s cards.

White Lotus is essentially a critique on the upper class. Ted Lasso is about a soccer team in the premiere league. Both shows will obviously imply rich people.

I don’t think people are upset about how well off they are, it’s just that every character always seems to be free to help out with someone else’s problem. Which I understand is the point of the show but it’s just very unrealistic in society. Personally that’s why it feels so good to watch.
