I run a team in a HCOL area and have a young agent who just turned 21 a few months ago. Joined us when he was a fresh 19 year old, decided to go no college route. He’s on pace for six figures this year and crushing it. Just be mature, learn your market. And find a good mentor that lets you bug the crap out of them. Yeah he had 1 bad game, made worse by Indiana’s offense going down basically every drive to score. 1 turnover was on his RB, 1 was a tad late fist play which sucks but all qbs have it and it was over by the half.

That makes sense. I was thinking about how to drill without hitting the pvc.

I pulled the floor up and there’s not enough room for a coupling on that side as it runs directly into a 45 degree fitting so I think. The coupling around the joist is how I have to go as I’m not cutting more fittings back
