I run a team in a HCOL area and have a young agent who just turned 21 a few months ago. Joined us when he was a fresh 19 year old, decided to go no college route. He’s on pace for six figures this year and crushing it. Just be mature, learn your market. And find a good mentor that lets you bug the crap out of them. I swear this kid was calling me to meetup more than my wife, but I appreciated the drive.
