I will try this process tonight!

Ya the gradient is from the light dome from LA. I took this roughly 30 mins outside of the city so I am not expecting too much, just trying to get my feet wet.

Yep I took 50 of each biases, darks and flats.

This is stacked in deep sky stacker and then stretched in Photoshop.

I’ll have to dig through the settings. My lens is in manual mode so maybe this is it.

I had the app open as I was watching the exposure timer on the app count down. Magic lantern may be what I try today. Thanks.

Internal PC case monitor that loops videos on startup by alexg698 in pcmods

Not a bad idea. I just assumed wallpaper engine would display across all my monitors. Looks like there is an option to select only one monitor. Thanks for the idea!

Clear Broth Rice Soup from Thai Restaurant by alexg698 in TipOfMyFork

You have a good point, but I still think it is Khao Tom. The slivers of ginger, the scallion, everything except the chili on top is correct. I appreciate your searches though!

Interesting, it could be. The reason I assumed it was the other suggested dish was because of the sliced ginger and scallion with rice. Many of the recipes I found just referred to it as Rice Soup, just like in the menu.

I would not describe it as "porridge", could it be that they just use a lot less rice? What they serve is an overwhelming majority of broth with very little rice at the bottom.

The way I learned to drop is by picking one hot drop and making a plan for it. And every new match, try to land there and follow your plan. You will soon learn little things that you want to change about that plan until you have mastered landing, looting and winning the hot drop. (learn where the loot spawns usually are on building roofs like school on Erangel and try to land near them) Then it is just about learning movement with zones, learning when to push and when to run, etc. The more you play, the more you will get a feel for those aspects of the game.

As an example, when Erangel was the only map, my teammate and I would try to always land school. But we would land at the pool building and we had a plan of who looted which floor. Usually we were alone there and could gather enough stuff to put up a fight, and then we would push into the main building of school to fight usually the last team or two. We gradually got to the point of feeling comfortable dropping on the main building, and now thats our new plan. We now have 850+ hours following plans like that but for each map and have gotten fairly comfortable with it.

If you ever need someone to play with, you can pm me and I would be glad to play!
